I have a question , Our client PC which is Traditional Chinese windows NT Workstation 4.0, And User use outlook express 5.0 Chinese with Japanese support so that she can read Japanese mail no mather Sender and the content. In Recently , because some reason ,I download and install HKSCS code which is come from microsoft and use for input Hong Kong Character, UnFortunately ,After I install it, all the Japanese Charater cannot see even coming mail, I try to re-install windows and IE with Japanese language support and import old mail , the problem also cannot fix.
Remark "there are no problem in Outlook 97 but for some reason ,I cannot use this "
How to convert Old Mail back to Japanese , which appear rubblish.

try look at regional options setting (on win2k and win98, winnt not sure though) under control panel, and install if needed appropriate language set. good luck.
