Outlook 2000 with no exchange server!
I have outlook 2000 on my laptop computer (Windows 2000) and on my desktop computer (Windows NT 4) Sometimes I have use my laptop offsite and when I return I have to update my outlook manually on my desktop computer. I know windows 2000 has file synchronization. Is there any way that I can synchronize outlook 2000 across my 2 pc’s ?

Happy newyear! Unfortunately, file synchronizaton doesn't allow .pst (Personal Folder) files to be sync'd (or Access databases and probably some other file types). The only workaround I see is that on one of your Outlooks you configure your Intrnet E-mail service to leave a copy of the message on the server in the Advanced Settings, that way that Outlook is redundant, however not synced.
