OS: windows NT 4.0
CPU/Ram: pIII 800
Comment:

When double clicking Microsoft Outlook 2000 icon generates error message« Cannot start Microsoft Outlook”

when you right click icon and try to go to properties you get error “Not enough system memory or resources, close some windows, and try again. “
This is under Window NT 4.0 workstation.

The User account doesn’t work on any workstation but other user’s account work on that workstation so It has to do with a USER issue and not the workstation.

.
We check the user's permissions and also made sure that nobody has been messing with the Policy Editor!

We deleted user’s policy and recreated a new one. Still same error.

Please I need help

Thanks Mingetty

Rename the user's local profile and have him/her login again to recreate it. That should take care of the problem.
