Outllook (The Operation Failed)

Hi, for the past two days I have had this user that is not recieving reminders for her tasks. When she opens outlook up it says "the operation failed." So, as soon as I unistall outlook and reinstall it the tasks reminder pop up. It won't do it for the rest of the day until the next morning when she logs back on. Please Help! Thanx
