I suck at english, but i hope u understand me..

ive set my grapich card settings to high, so i get that oute of range message? how do i reset it to something lower without reinstall OS?

Start Windows in safe mode and change the resulution to one that meets your monitor capability.

NT doesn't have same mode but it does have vga mode which is usually the second choice down in the boot menu.

This will bring you up in 640x768 mode so you can then change the video res so in turn you can boot normally
