Hi, one of our pcs running nt4 gets the following message after logging on from a cold boot, but not after a restart: osa.exe
application error. Application failed to initialise properly (0xc0000034) click on ok to terminate the application.
Once you click on ok everything's ok.
Any ideas?

Thats from your MS office setup. Remove the osa.exe from startup so it wont fail anymore. Or you can just reinstall your office setup.
