Had the same problem after an install replaced the .dll - the solution is to replace the file using the NT repair process. See MS KB article Q164471 http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q164/4/71.asp?LN=EN-US&SD=gn&FR=1 Don't worry if you don't have an ERD - you can make one on another PC and edit appropriately.
