I�m having problems running 16 bit applications on Windows NT computers on our network. The exact error message is as follows C:\WINNT\System32\Command.com C:\WINNT\Proflies\"USERNAME HERE"\Local Settings\Temp\ A tempory file needed for initialization could not be created or could not be written to. Make sure that the directory path exists and disk space is available. ----END Ok I�ve checked the directory exists and can be written to ok, I have plenty of disk space available on C: I have also installed a fresh set of NTVDM files, i.e. config.nt and autoexec.nt. I am getting pretty desperate to solve this problem quickly as I work in a school and we need to use a 16 bit application for practical work in a lesson. I will try and check the board, but if anyone does have a solution to this problem I would be extremely appreciative if you could email me.
