My ntservice.exe is infected with the hacktool virus. I am unable to quarentine or delete this file. I tried stopping the ntservice process and access is still denied.
What is this file and how can I delete it?
This problem was posted earlier by someone else and none of the suggestions worked. HELP!

the ntservice is call the bug.mumu.A.worm. you can go the norton website and download the Bat.Mumu.A.Worm removal tool for free. It will also have the instruction on how to use it. I had the same problem. the removal tool will take care of your problem.
