NTLDR is one of the necessary files for NT to boot. Did this just happen or did you recently install one of the operating systems?

NTLDR shold be in your system drive. With most systems this is c: If you have a 98 boot disk try this to bypass the ntldr part. If you get into 98 check ntldr is there. Also check the arc path in your boot .ini is correct.

You can reinstall NTLDR through the emergency repair boot disk. Hit "R" for Repair (if the program hasn't changed this since NT4).
