I have done a NT backup. How can I know that all my file/folders been backup?

Try to recover a directory on a different location e.g. in a temp directory.

I backup all my thingy in a magnetic tape, so how can i view all the folders/file?

To make it easy

Back up just one small directory
Rename that diretory
Restore it from tape.
