Comment: Hi there fellow sys admins... I have a problem... I have a NT4.0 server running as a VPN Server, which has no problems with it. However, an employee who works at home on a Windows 98 machine tries to connect to the Server and it just hangs. Some other technicians have been there before me so I'll tell you what they did. I think they could connect when they first got there, however, they uninstalled some networking device drivers and tried to reinstall the same drivers and now this problem has occured. Is there any special client software that needs to be loaded on the Win 98 machine that I need to know about? When it hangs there is no error message just a blinking cursor on the top corner. I'm not too familiar with NT4.0 VPN so go slow. TIA!! Darren L.
