1. I don't think you will even find a warez site that will hold that for you.... Best buy a copy or failing that cd-rip it from a friend in IT, then look on a warez site for a serial number.
2. I need a few more beers, but I doubt I'll get that if I say "I want beer" to a stranger out side a pub!
