For about 3 weeks now, EVERY day, once a day usually between 4-6 pm, one of our Citrix Servers (NT4.0 with Citrix 1.8 Metaframe) crashes. Often the error is IRQL_NOT_LESS OR EQUAL *** Address 80133d18 has base at 80100000 ntoskernl.exe. We have done a thorough RAM test, which Ram tested fine. We have a Compaq Proliant 1850. We have updated all the current patches. We had not installed any new software before the crash. We have no idea what is causing the crash or how to go about finding the cause. Any ideas whould be most welcome. Thank you.

I have 2 identical (HP LC2000) NT 4 metaframe 1.8 servers with a very similar problem. the error is the same but the frequency went from about once a week to once a day. It is not a hardware problem as I completely swapped servers & the problem followed the application (Access 97 based published app)to the new server. Did you ever find a solution to your problem?

I have XP Pro and I am getting this almost once every 2 hours now.
Any help would be great. It is really frustrating.

Can not offer any help but would add that with XPPro I am getting the IRQL... message and the PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA, both of these messages have been associated with "Win32K.Sys"

ok this is what i found after 10 minutes of research.
under device manager u have this option known as acpi which is involved with 3 files.
hal.dll, ntkrnlpa.exe, ntoskrnl.exe. you can either try replacing them with newer versions or disable it. gl
