You mean where to get a floppy disk tha will recognize the NTFS file system from dos boot? And so you can copy files to NTFS partitions without Windows NT?

If so what you are looking for is an NTFS proffetional boot disk. Read more about it here: http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/ntfsdospro.shtml
