I'm getting an error message "Error 25002. There was an error
loading the NavInst extension DLL.". What does this mean?

I'm trying to install SAV 9.0 to one of our NT4 SP6a server via the
SSC's Tool's - NT Client install menu. During the install it would
install normally with our any error messages. But, when I check our
server it does not have the shield icon on the systray even after
rebooting the server and I don't see the product installed on the Add
and Remove programs. I've tried to install the SAV via CD to the
server and still I don't see the program group on the start menu,
don't see the program on the Add and Remove programs.

What can I do to make sure that this server has the SAV installed?

Thanx.

Jovin.

The menu says "Deploy client to NT/Xp/2000 clients. This is run from a server to send out to the clients on the network the latest version of the client software. It is not for installing on the server directly. Choose Install antivirus...not deploy. If you had a previous version of SAV it will update it otherwise it is a fresh install and I don't believe it needs to be rebooted. It only needs to reboot if it is upgrading an older version of SAV.
