nt4 server logon problems

Hello,
We've got a strange issue here. Only our Windows NT4 based domain, people can't login and use any shares, printers, etc, unless they are a member of Administrator, or Domain Administrators!

Are you trying to say that you can login and but cannot access any shares, or that you can't login at all. If you can login but cannot access any shares I would check out my permissions. I would check out the security permissions first just to see that the users you want are in there with rights to that folder. Next thing I would check would be sharing permissions, again make sure the users you want have proper permissions to access this share.
I had similar problems accessing shares yesterday. I could see the share but did not have rights to read it. I hope this helps.
