Comment: Hi all, My NT4 server keeps rebooting roughly every 30 mins. When i check the event viewer this is the message i get. Event ID: 1000 Source: Save Dump Description: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x00080020, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x8010a974). Microsoft Windows NT [v15.1381]. A full dump was not saved. Any help will be greatly appreciate. Thankz in advance!

Reply: (edit)Could be bad drive(s). Backup your files if you haven't already. Any other errors in the error logs, ie "The device, \Device\ScsiPort1, did not respond within the timeout period" To determine if your drives, run checkdisk.

Reply: (edit)That command to run would be chkdsk /f. You will have to reboot the server for it to run. What you want to see if you can is the blue screen error. Write it down and look it up on the ms knowledgebase web site. Reappling your service pack doesn't hurt a thing and might fix this issue. Otherwise look at what was going on before this bugcheck error for clues to the problem.
