I am trying to run Hiremate software on a Windows NT 4 SP3 server machine. But whenever i run it it pos up with an error message
" 16 bit MS-DOS subsystem --- The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction, CS:065L IP:0100 OP: ff ff ff ff ff "
Terminate or Ignore.

Any help and an early reply would be highly appreciated.

I'm not familiar with Hiremate, but are you sure it's compatible with NT?
