NT4 Local Admin Password

OS: NT 4
CPU/Ram: P2 64mb ram
Comment:

For some reason the local admin password has been changed on an NT 4 machine. Removed it from domain to a workgroup and now can't regain access. Is there any way to get the local admin password or reset it?
