NT4 auto power off

I was wondering if it is possible to get my machine to auto power off after shutdown. It is running NT4 and at present all it does after shutting down is go to a plain screen with a NT background & popup window that says it is now safe to turn it off. It is a Dell Optiplex approx 98 build.
