NT4 and Services for Macintosh, so memory dumping

I was using a Windows NT network during the last 4 years supporting Apple Macintosh workstations. The PDC was a HP LH Plus server. When I upgrade the PDC to a IBM Netfinity 3000, it became to make memory dumpings every time I try to copy a file from any Apple Macintosh to the Server. It doesn´t happen when I do it to a Secondary NT Server running under an HP LH PRO Server. What could be happening?
