NT3.51/USR Sportster 33.6 driver

I've reinstalled NT 3.51 w/SP5, added COM1 as an available port, & am trying to set up RAS. The modem mentioned in the subject isn't listed as available. I found a modem.inf file on USR's website. How would I go about installing it?

use the list that RAS already has in 351 us robotics 14400 fax should work

thanks Carmine, but it didn't work. For some reason, the modem works fine with WfW3.11 & IE5's dialer, but simply will not function with any of the NT3.51 drivers. I'll just have to keep working on it. Thanks for the help though.
