Comment:
The workstation service on my WinNT 4.0 (Service Pack 6)won't startup and give me an error in the event viewer of "Initialization failed because the requested service redirector could not be started" with a Service Control Manager error of "The Workstation service terminated with service-specific error 2250." and "The Workstation service terminated with the following error: The system cannot find the file specified." Any suggestions?
GO TO CONTROL PANEL. LOOK IN SERVICES. THERE SHOULD BE A DEVICE THAT SAYS AUTOMATIC THAT IS NOT STARTED. JUST IDENTIFY WHAT IT IS AND RELOAD. USUALLY SOUND OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
