where can i find something like Norton Utilities for Windows 98, but for windows nt 4.0 server?

There's a program I think called Diskeeper.

Diskeeper is pretty good for defragmenting etc, I have used it in the past. It is limited however beyond disk upkeep. I stopped using however because most servers do not read information sequentially.
