Diskeeper is pretty good for defragmenting etc, I have used it in the past. It is limited however beyond disk upkeep. I stopped using however because most servers do not read information sequentially.
Summary: Go to www.sysinternals.com and look under there NT utility section under misc for a program called Autologon... Keep in mind thought this can open up you server and network to everyone so be careful.....
