Im running NT workstation 4.0 (SP-3 SP-4 & SP-5) are loaded and whenever I go into the task manager my CPU performance jumps to 100%. The MSTask.exe process seems to be using 98% of the usage. Any Ideas?

This is normal everytime you go into task manager it will say your CPU usage is 100%
If you think you have a problem try to use your performance monitor tools to run audits on your hard drive processor etc.
