Hi,
applied for an NT support job - I know a fair bit about NT but no idea what the most common issues NT users come across. Any suggestions on these or any helpful tips would be wildly appreciated.
Thanks,
Damo

First suggestion, upgrade the workstations to either 2000 or XP. :)

Most of us work with pc hardware that can't support a upgrade.

Users are users. Doesn't matter what the OS is for users to have problems/complaints.
