NT startup problems

Comment:

When the system boots up, I get a message saying "Kernel is missing" and prompts me to instert system disk. During the setup winNT I can't copy 2 files ( 1: NTLDR 2: NTDETECT )
please help me with this problem.

plese be more specific.
You can anyhow boot with windows NT bootable floppy and try to resolve the problem.
