nt sp4 + adaptec rwcd + sandisk

i installed the sandisk after the adaptec software but they get into conflict with eachother. The overall system slackens and seems to stop. Cf-flash cards are no more readable when read in the sandisk parallel imagemate. Any suggestions ?
