NT shutdown on low UPS Power

Hi:
I have a large UPS connected to a single NT server. The NT Server shuts off when the UPS power goes critically low. How can I cause OTHER NT servers on the same network to shutdown at the same time? Is there a remote script that the first NT server can run to power down the other NT servers?

Are they all connected to one UPS? If so, check your settings under UPS in the control panel.
There is a lot of software that will look after your servers - I have used Powerchute (it is bundled with APC UPS's)
