How do you permanently disable sharing a drive ?? When I cancel sharing, if I reboot sharing is enabled again ??. I only login locally, there is No domain or server.Why is this so ??

Do you have networking installed? either remote or locale..if so nt will share drives.

Also remember that NT has administrative shares inherent on the system that you cannot disable. Or at least without some registry hacking. The administrative shares have a $ at the end of them and are enabled by defauult in NT. Sorry. If you are interested in the registry procedure to disable administrative shares let me know and I will give it to you.
