First of all, what file system is on your C, D, and E drives?

What file system/OS is on the machine you're moving the drive to?

You are probably moving your NTServer SP6a drive to a machine with an older O/S version on it such as NT SP4. Make sure the machine you are moving the drive to has an equal or newer version O/S than your NT Server.
