I have build 1381: service pack 6... when i boot up I get a blue screen that has the OS version on the first line and on the second line says, "2 System Processors [128 MB Memory] Multiprocessor Kernel". It just sits there and doesn't let me do anything. VGA mode gives the same results. Any ideas???

I think you will need to use your repairdiskette.... or reinstall Windows NT.

Dont just jump to reinstalling from scratch. Lots of things to do before that.
did you recentl make changes? Possible hardware failure? Can you swap ram/cpus?
First is use your ERD. No ERD? Bad habit - always make one regularly and before every update/config change/service pack.
Try just a repair without ERD. Still no go? Do a parallel install. You do this my a complete new install but [very important] chose a install directory of a different name then winnt. Something like winnt2 so you do not overwrite your first install. Update this new install to the same service pack as the first. Use the 2nd to see if you can troubleshoot the first.
