Can an NT Server PDC configuration be changed over to login to another domain (and no loger be a PDC) without reloading NT Server?

These microsoft sites should be helpful:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q112549 and http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q167248
They describe how to demote a pdc.
