I was having my server getting rebooting . There was continous CPU usuage of 90% and above even though only server was on and rest of the workstations are switched off. I figureed it out that in 1 IDE cable I had 2 40gb hdd which are being mirrored so there was a immense use of CPU so i changed the cables on placed both HDD on seperate cables . Now the system usauge is about 20% and so. But still my server reboots again. In the system Event it gives an error as " DISK" under which it says , that " Crash Dump Disabled and paging of physcial memeory is exceeeding 3.8GB " .

Can someone help? I am getting my sevrer rebooted almost after every 5 hrs and and hence there is always a chance of data corrupution since the server reboots itself and thus my data gets currupted as well.

According to Microsoft Technet, it means that you have your page file set to a size that is smaller than your physical RAM.

If you have 64 MB RAM, pagefile size should be set to 1.5 times 64 so the minumum file size should be 96. go to Control Panel, System, Performance and click on Change button and change the page file size. It requires a reboot afterwards.

the reason why your computer keeps rebooting is because it does not have enough paging memory to run the operating system so it crashes. You have to move quickly when you are changing the pagefile size because your computer might reboot before you finish getting the setting changed. (I know this from experience).

Rebooting can also happened if you do not have enough hard drive space left on the boot partition to accommodate the size of the pagefile. If you have more than one hard drive, create a pagefile for each one.
