NT server reboots when copying files from MAC client

I have an NT 4 Server with a Power Macintosh 6100 client (Using Services for Macintosh). I needed to copy files from the Mac to the Server, but as I did it the NT kept rebooting itself. I noticed no consistent reason: It wasn't the size, it wasn't the file type, or how long i'd been connected. I tried copying from the Mac on both a Guest account and as an Authenticated User. Does anyone know why this would happen? Thanks
