NT server PC email off 4 hours? Mac email time ok

I have an NT server with ServicePac 4 running Netscape Enterprise and Mail software. All my PC's mail shows 4 hours ahead. In other words if I have a PC user send me (on a Mac) mail and ask them to tell in the email when they sent it thet are consistantly 4 hours ahead of the Macs which appear to be correct. I went around this morning and checked every machine. Time, date, time zone, all are correct. It also appears some PC users from outside my network appear to do the same thing. I have to believe this is a server issue as Mac services are not tightly tied to NT (more like laid on top). Is this a server setting of some type? I am stumped. Any ideas?

Check your mail server to make sure that it is set for the right time zone. A system can have the right time and date and still be set for the wrong time zone. When a system is like that it will adjust the time stamps on email according to what time zone it thinks it is in.

Thanks Anthony, I agree I think it is in my Netscape 3.01.3 message server but I can find noting in the system or in help that references a time/date /timezone settingh and My NT date/time is set correctly. Looks like I will have to dig deeper
