Quite certain NT Server 4.0 will work with any AMD processor. I just tried to connect and the HCL server is down. Try again yourself. This is the site where Microsoft updates and maintains their Hardware Compatibility List:

Most recent service pack is SP6a. I recommend that you purchase it on CD from this site:
