NT server 4.0 install on FAT32 partition

I want to install Windows NT server 4.0 on FAT32 partition, my hard drive’s partition size is 5 GB, when i install it one error comes about memory. So how i install it.

Windows NT 4.0 only supports NTFS and FAT16. You cannot install it on a FAT32 partition.

There is hack that often works; but it's not eally for the feint hearted.
