I need to develop and test a export script. This script need to export and compress the dump file on disk. It also need to retain at least three to four days of the dump file.

I am not much of NT expert but the scripts or bat files, need to be written in some type of dos-command.

Can anyone help, it would be greatly appericated.

The customer purchased DBA Services for an ORACLE database. They did not purchase Oracle Hot Backup. The data on this box is very important to the client, since it contain loans information.

So this is one way to monitor it.
