My user are having problem when the system asking to change their domain password , showed as " You do not have permission to change password" . All of them are using win200 and the PDC is WinNT4.0 with SP6a .

Tehy are required to change password every 30days. I have check PDC's user management interface and make sure they are all allow to change the password anytime.

Do anyone have the same problem beofre and how to fix it? Appreciate for your reply !
