NT doesn't see CD-ROM

I had SCSI Cd-Rom, but it broke down. I also have 2 SCSI HDDs. Now i decided to connect a new IDE CD-Rom drive as Pimary Master. BIOS recognizes the drive, but when i log into WinNT, it doesn't see it, it's just not there.

Did you previously have anything else connected to the IDE controller? If not it looks like NT has got the device enabled. Look in Control Panel->Devices and scroll down the list and see if atapi & Atdisk are started, if not start them and reboot to see if NT now sees the CD.
