Hi,
I Have an NT box running DNS and would like to make my linux box (which runs my pop3 mail server) my mail server.

Does anyone know how I need to setup DNS entries in NT DNS so that the Linux box can be "recognized" as the mail server?
Your help is greatly appreciated!! An email would be appreciated if possible.

THANKS!

Notes: I have one global IP which I point to my NT box running DNS and the Linux box is has an "internal" IP address, but is connected to the router/hub where the NT box is connected as well.

You may notice that there is an entry type of MX (Mail Exchanger) available with NT's DNS Manager.

NT doesn't care what type of mail exchanger that is, so create an MX record in your domain for your UNIX server.
