My NT 4.0 WS can't boot (blue screen) after upgraded of motherboard and CPU. Is there any method I can do without losting my data in HD? thanks in advance

Ummm... not exactly the wisest thing to have done without a back-up in place...

How is the HD configured?

Post back with partitioning info... If you have a separate data area then all may not be lost - a recovery/repair (of some variety or other) to allow boot and access as normal may be possible.
