Go to www.sysinternals.com and look under there NT utility section under misc for a program called Autologon...
Keep in mind thought this can open up you server and network to everyone so be careful...

Here is the reg key for auto logon, keep in mind it needs to store the password in clear text so make sure you at least lock down that key from prying eyes. Not that it would stop them but it would at least keep honest hackers honest:-)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon. Look in the right pane for AutoAdminLogon. If it's there, double-click it and change the value to 1. If it isn't there, choose Edit, New, String Value (NT 4.0) or Edit, String Value (NT 3.51). Name the new value AutoAdminLogon and give it the value 1.
Also add key DefaultPassword and enter the password
