NT 4.0 Network Problems

OK... We are running a Windows NT 4.0 Server with about 8-10 computers logging in (Mostly windows 98 Users). Never have had a problem before, but all of the sudden the person who uses the server as a regular computer tried to print some excel files... The computer locked up and now the other computers can not see the NT Computer and the NT Computer can not see the other computers.
However... Some quickbook files can be opened from the other computers on the network (and they rest on the server), and the Internet works on all computers. I can explore the OTHER computers on the network, but not the NT server (which we have always been able to do.)
The problem lies in the fact that the server can not print to printers acrossed the network (nor can it find the printers directly connected to it, because it is still searching for the network printers)

Is your NT 4.0 Server Acting As a WINS Server so that your machines can see each other?
What networking protocols are you running beside TCP/IP? If you are only using TCP/IP and are not using WINS, you may want to install NETBEUI as well on this small network so that your machines can see each other.
