NT 4.0 command-line process view/kill?

Is there a command-line utility available for NT 4.0 that has the capability of listing and killing processes? Similiar to the Unix ps and kill utilities.

Yes it's name is .... Kill (Kill.exe). It can be found into the Nt 4.0 Reskit.
