Hello,
Dell usb patch finds on http//ftp.1.us.dell.com/utility/R62200.EXE does not work for me properly.
I applied dell usb patch R 6200.exe for my PC with NT4 service pack 6A.
Now PC indicates my flash drive ( SONY 128MB USM128U2 type)as removable Drive "F".Still I can't acess it.whenever I try to open this, following message receives."F is not accessible- The request could not performed because of an I/O device error".
Please help me!

HI mohan

not got a solution, but a similar problem. We have a confocal microscope that runs with NT4, SP6 on a Dell Poweredge 1600 server, but that is not allowed on our network (security reasons!!!!!). I've installed the R62200 drivers, but the USB ports are not recognised. No flash drives or external hard drives can be mounted to get data off the computer. I've tried the Knoppik LINUX CD, which is great, activated the ports, flash drives work - but it doesn't recognise the Seagate HDD, so i still can't get access to the data.

Any ideas anyone????

Andy
