No. Once it is setup as a BDC/PDC you can not demote it to a stand alone server. This has to be set during the installation.

As i thought, can i publish Outlookweb access off this server,this would mean to domains, and crossing info between to domains to get the information

Yes you can. Webaccess will be available to all domains, but computer resources are of course still restricted unless you enable a trust relationship. It sounds like you will not need to access resources, so you won't need to do this. You can setup your Web Server and any computer on any domain should be able to access it.
