Nt 4 Fake cpu time

In my server Nt4 sp6a i saw the cpu time in an idle system process that run more than real...
What is the reason?

I shouldnt worry about it, the system idle process for CPU use is always very high, it is on all of my servers anyway.

If this was constantly low that would mean your server is struggling with the workload!
